Supported Child's Pose

Technique:

1. The partner in the bottom position kneels with toes pointed and bends forward all the way with face on the mat.

2. The top partner then lies on their back over base partner so the small of their back is in on partner's hips with arms out stretched overhead and legs straight.

3. Repeat the above steps with other partner if they are comfortable with it.

Health Benefits:

Excellent and relaxing stretch of spine, neck and leg muscles. Also good for partner support.

Keep in Mind:

When you are in this asana Breathe Deeply into your Belly. This will help you to strengthen the position. Try to breathe in, hold your breath to a count of 5 and then slowly breathe out to a count of 5.
