Health Benefits: Bending partner gets a deep stretch for the whole backside of the body. You will find that with a partner you are able to bend deeper into these stretches than ever before. These stretches release tension and fear stored in the pelvis. Reclining partner releases pent up energy from the heart area and opens the chest, shoulders and ribs. A relaxing stretch for the front of the body. Keep in Mind: Bending partner will get most benefit if they deepen the stretch each time they exhale. Recliner, communicate with your partner so as to create enough but not too much pressure when your weight is on the bender's back. Recliner may need to spread their feet for increased balance.
