Technique:

  • Partners stand side by side facing the same direction.
  • With feet touching, take hold of each other's inside wrists.
  • Take a giant step with the outside foot, away from each other
  • Turn your outside foot 90 degrees and bend your knee, pulling firmly away from your partner.
  • Now move your outside foot in a little and reach overhead and join hands with your partner again creating a gentle pull away from your partner.
  • Change sides and repeat all of the above

Health Benefits:

Increases flexibility of the spine. Also streches the inner thighs while strengthening the legs.

Keep in Mind:

Keep both heels firmly on the ground. Keep tail bone tucked to avoid leaning too far forward or too far back.
