Technique:

  1. Bottom partner lies on back
  2. Bottom partner raises hands and knees
  3. gether
  4. Relax and enjoy the massage.

Health Benefits:

Top partner releases tension in neck and shoulders as well as opening the chest. Bottom partner strengthens arms and abs while increasing spinal range of motion.

Keep in Mind:

Top may need to adjust position up or down to allow for the comfort of both partners. If extending arms overhead is too much, leave them hang to the sides.
