Technique:
- Base (bottom) partner
places hands apart slightly wider than shoulder width to ensure a
level space for the top partner.
- Top partner stands beside
Base partner and place both hands under the bottom partner.
- With a smooth motion Top
partner leans forward and puts their shoulders on the Base partner's
back, head down, with a good grip.
- Top partner leans forward
and jumps up with both legs with enough momentum to raise their hips
over their head.
- Top partner then extends
their legs straight up into the air and points their toes.
- Top partner must ensure
that their body is rigid and straight.
- To complete the pose,
Top partner then bends one leg (stag position) with toes pointed upward.
