| Technique:
- Stand back to back
- One partner places
their right foot about 18 inches in front of their left
- The second partner
takes a step back with their left foot so that your heels are touching
- Grab each other's upper
arms and bend over together slowly
- As you bend over further,
slide your hands down your partner's arm to hold hands
- Hold this pose for
5 breaths
- Switch, putting the
left foot in front, and repeat
