Technique:

  • Stand back to back
  • One partner places their right foot about 18 inches in front of their left
  • The second partner takes a step back with their left foot so that your heels are touching
  • Grab each other's upper arms and bend over together slowly
  • As you bend over further, slide your hands down your partner's arm to hold hands
  • Hold this pose for 5 breaths
  • Switch, putting the left foot in front, and repeat

Strengthens muscles in legs and buttocks.

Find balance and strength by helping your partner do the same.
