Health Benefits: Top partner releases tension in neck and shoulders as well as opening the chest. Bottom partner strengthens arms and abs while increasing spinal range of motion. Keep in Mind: Bottom partner may wish to place towel under knees for padding. Top may need to adjust position up or down to allow for the comfort of both partners.
