As a first posture and as a bonding ritual stand facing each other. Look into each other's eyes with love and affection or simply with laughter.

Raise your hands and say the traditional Indian greeting: "Namaste". Bow your heads slightly towards each other whilst holding eye contact.

Hug and then begin your Partner Yoga!

Because you will be working naked with each other it is best to do all the postures in a warm heated room with maximum privacy.

You don't have to do the full set; just a few postures a day and gradually build up. Besides Nude Partner Yoga is one of the best forms of foreplay around so it is quite possible that you may stop your practice after only a few postures to move onto other physical exercises!

Please follow all instructions to the best of your ability. Remember, if you are a beginner do not force yourself to do all the difficult postures. Just get as close as you can and breathe deeply into it. This is an exercise of fun for you and your partner. Always try to remember that.

Ideally both partners would always be the same size. However, we know this is rarely the case. Don't worry about the look - balance comes from inside. Work with what you have, and remember your breath. The longer you stay with a regular practice (at least 1-2 times a week) the more progress you will see.
