back to back the partner that will carry bends knees and lowers body
so that partner's butt is in the small of their back. Bottom partner leans gently
forward pulling Top partner over their back until
Bottom partner's upper body is parallel to the mat. |
If the Bottom Partner is not able to bend their back until it is parallel to the floor then they can just stop where it feels comfortable. |
Sometimes it is also possible to bend a little too forward! |
