Technique:

  • Seated partner puts their heels on the floor and their toes on their standing partner's shins.
  • Grab each other's wrists.
  • Standing partner leans back pulling seated partner into a fantastic forward stretch.

Health Benefits:

Seated partner gets a deep stretch of the back muscles and hamstrings. Standing partner gets a supported back bend stretch to open up the front of the body.

Keep in Mind:

Keep legs straight.
Bend fom the hips, try not to round the back.
