Step by Step Instructions

  1. 1. Stand with your partner side by side
  2. Face the same direction
  3. Place your inside arms on your partner's shoulder
  4. One partner places their inside leg up in front of your partner who will hold it with their outside hand.
  5. The other partner places their inside leg behind the partner to their outside hand.
  6. Hold this pose 5 breathes.
  7. Change sides and repeat the above.
