- 1. Stand with your partner
side by side
- Face the same direction
- Place your inside arms
on your partner's shoulder
- One partner places their
inside leg up in front of your partner who will hold it with their
outside hand.
- The other partner places
their inside leg behind the partner to their outside hand.
- Hold this pose 5 breathes.
- Change sides and repeat
the above.
