Technique:
1. Slowly both partners lay
on their backs head to head.
2. Each partner bringing their body with straight legs into a shoulder
stand.
3. Bring your straight legs over your head toward your partner.
4. Placing your toes on the mat with feet in the flexed position
5. Each partner places their hands on their partner's heels
Benefits
Strengthens back muscles and stretches leg tendons
Keep in Mind
If your unable to bring your legs all the way over your head
touching your toes on the mat, just go as far as you can, trying to
go further each time you do this pose.
