Double Boat

Technique:

1. Both partners are sitting, facing each other.

2. Each partner then places their feet against the other's with bent knees.

3. Slowly straigten legs whilst raising them in the air.

3. Hold this position for 5 breaths.

Health Benefits:

Increases flexibility of legs. You will feel the stretch in your hamstrings.

Keep in Mind:

With each exhale try to straigten your legs a little more.
