Technique:

  • Partners stand back to back.
  • Each takes one full step forward.
  • Reach overhead to hold your partner's hands.
  • Gently pull away from your partner.
  • Try to hold for 3 deep breaths.
  • Release.
  • Then, reach behind and hold hands below the waist level.
  • Interlock your fingers and again pull gently away.
  • Hold once again for 3 deep breaths.
