Technique:

1. Stand face to face with your partner.

2. The shorter of the 2 partners place just their toes on your partner's toes.

3. Now grab your partner's wrists.

4. Both partners lean back until arms are straight.

5. Together at the same time one partner bends at the waist with legs straight.

6. While the other partner pushes hips forward arching back and looking up.

7. Now slowly reverse partner positions.
