Technique:

1. Stand side by side with your partner facing the same direction.

2. Join your inside hands low.

3. Take a giant step with your outside leg.

4. Turning your foot at a right angle, with bent knee.

5. Reach overhead joining outside hands.

6. Pull gently away from your partner looking up.

7. Repeat changing sides with your partner.

Keep in Mind: Keep Talking to your partner. By being able to speak you ensure that you get enough stretch but not too much.
