Technique:

  1. Stand with your toes on top of your partner's
  2. Both partners straighten arms slowly
  3. Find counterbalance
  4. Slowly bend knees to right angles
  5. Look into each other's eyes with love & laughter!
  6. Hold as long as comfortable.

Health Benefits:

This pose improves balance and concentration and trust in each other. It can be a very loving position as you are continually looking into each others eyes.

Keep in Mind:

Feel the counterweight and relax into it. Keep arms and backs as straight as possible.
